Hotel corridors with a very old appearance, rooms equipped with very old furniture, the meals served (except breakfast) are only of quality on dates served, the hotel does not have free parking. Breakfast is quality, the indoor pool has a pleasant atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff ready to help.

O hotel está situado a poucos km do centro da cidade do Funchal. Localizado na zona turística, o Suite Hotel Jardins d'Ajuda está muito próximo do mar, pode percorrer a promenade facilmente. Existem restaurantes,bares, e está perto Centro Comercial (Madeira Fórum), supermercado. A rede de transportes públicos tem paragem a poucos metros. Tem parque de estacionamento privado. Está numa localização privilegiada, que se junta ao conforto na estadia neste hotel. As áreas circundantes fazem com que a sua estadia se torne inesquecível. Um reconfortante pequeno almoço. Quarto amplo (um pouco antigo, mas com excelente qualidade/preço) o essencial para uma estadia perfeita. A cama confortável. Varanda com vista agradável para o jardim e piscina, que no fim do dia é relaxante. Staff sempre pronto para atender o que solicitamos quando necessário. Excelente limpeza diária do quarto. De salientar a simpatia de todos os funcionários. Ficámos gratos por toda a atenção com que nos receberam. Voltaremos sempre!!!

DONT LET MISERABLE NEGATIVE PEOPLE PUT YOU OFF.... THE AREA: Right, so yes, there is building works happening next door, but so what, it gives people work and will be a beautiful hotel when finished, it really isn't that bad, people just like things to whinge about THE HOTEL: Yes it is a little dated, but again so what? If you want the mod cons of your own home, don't go away, the staff are polite (not at all grumpy) the rooms are spotless and comfy and all the staff work tirelessly. However please remember people mirror others behaviours, so going by some people on here, I'm not surprised they seemed miserable THE FOOD - the food is fine, there's a huge collection of things at breakfast to have, I made bacon & egg sandwiches, but I guess that's too much effort for some people. I really must be a happy positive person, and by God there must a lot of miserable negative people about who have such boring lives all they want to is pick fault and moan. DONT GO ON HOLIDAY IF DIFFERENT FOOD AND CULTURES ARE GOING TO ANNOY YOU! Thankyou to the hotel I've enjoyed my stay ☺️

Un hotel desfasado, antiguo, que precisa de una reforma integral. La moqueta de los pasillos llena de manchas, buffet correcto pero muy repetitivo, piscina bien (lo único aceptable), aire acondicionado fatal, horrible, con un mal funcionamiento en la mayoría de las habitaciones, tampoco en el comedor donde hace un calor inaguantable. Algunos días pedíamos que abrieran las ventanas porque aquello parecía una sauna. Tiene 4 estrellas pero le sobran 2. No repetiría para nada ni lo aconsejaría a nadie.

Meia noite e dez...está um barulho que e completamente impossível descansar... Se for mentira os responsáveis do hotel que venham aqui desmentir ... Se quer ouvir musica nas alturas pode aparecer por aqui ...ou num baile ...é igual . Ainda para piorar a qualidade da música e uns graus abaixo zero .

Hotel quotato 4 stelle ma per me 3 sono più che sufficienti. Si trova nella zona hotelera di Madeira in seconda fila rispetto all’oceano. In realtà è un aparthotel: tutte le stanze sono dotate di cucinino e vettovaglie. La stanza è grande ed ha un terrazzino (dal mio si vedeva il mare). Letti comodi, lenzuola pulite. L’armadio non l’ho potuto usare perché puzzava di muffa. Il bagno con vasca e bidet. Salviette pulite. Il tutto un po’ datato ma comunque confortevole. Sporca e indecente la moquette nei corridoi! La colazione (che avevo inclusa) andrebbe migliorata e ampliata. Il caffè delle macchinette è acqua sporca. Mancano i dolci e uova e bacon sono freddi. Il personale non proprio simpatico. Belle le piscine esterna e interna. Il Wi-Fi funziona bene. L’albergo dista 3,5 km dal centro di Funchal che si può raggiungere con il bus o con una bella camminata. Nei dintorni ci sono bar, ristoranti e un centro commerciale con supermercato. Peccato aver trovato uno scarafaggio (cucaracha) in stanza, però prontamente ‘rimossa’ 😅 Per chi affitta una auto vicino c’è un parcheggio a pagamento molto comodo

Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé avec une kitchenette (apparemment problème du a l'agence de voyage Leclerc voyage) et la vue était nulle ! Qui voudrait ce genre de vue. Sinon le personnel est sympa et l'hôtel plutôt bien, la piscine est grande.

Habitación limpia con cama de matrimonio de dos metros muy cómoda , los muebles antiguos pero limpios, terraza preciosa el hotel en general muy bueno, y bien situado ,la comida no está mal tipo buffet, solo que algunas cosas se repiten mucho

We have just returned after a stay of nine nights Beware of excessive noise from building works going on next door Starts at 8.am every morning until early evening, the hotel should state this when making a booking. Pools ok (no one in them as who wants to listen to demolition work while soaking up the weather) No staff in pool bar had to walk to main hotel to get drinks. Was told no drinks or snacks at pool after 6 as it wasn't summer yet? Happy hour between 6.30 and 7.30 had to ask if discount applied as they forgot. Breakfast is the same everyday no effort from staff just unhappy faces watching for everone to finish as they wanted to prepair for lunch. Rooms were spacious we had a garden view but I agree with other comments about them being dated and tired. Beds were hard with plastic sheets underneath? Location is fine just a short stroll to a shopping centre and good public transport links. Such a shame too many bad points as Location was fine.
