This hotel is exceptional in every respect. The are staff so helpful and pleasant. The room, the beautiful gardens, the restaurant, food at breakfast time and in the evening - often with entertainment as you you dine, are all truely first class. This is an oasis of calm and while we've stayed in many luxurious hotels, this is one of the very best and most memorable. We enjoyed massages while we were there and the practitioner is excellent! Colombo the turtle was an interesting resident!

We stayed from Monday to Saturday with our family (kids aged 7 and 4, and a 70-year-old grandma). We loved everything: the stunning gardens, the delicious breakfast, Colombo the tortoise, and—most of all—the team’s daily kindness. A special thanks to Director Alberto Reynolds, who was incredible with our children. We truly felt welcome and relaxed. If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful hotel with genuinely warm service, this is the place. We’ll be back!

Om nooit te vergeten! Een prachtige locatie en een bijzonder charmante hotelaccomodatie! Het personeel was super attent en lief. Wij verbleven er met ons gezin en komen hier zeker terug! De kamer was ruim, met terras en prachtig zicht op de stad, zee en eigen tuin. Het eten was overheerlijk, zowel ontbijt als diner!

The whole experience at the hotel was lovely . We arrived very late but was greeted by a warm welcome. A thoughtful tray of delicious food waiting for us in the most beautiful spacious room overlooking the amazing Botanical Gardens. The Gardens are a perfect peaceful getaway from the busy day’s exploring. Every aspect of the hotel is immaculate Amazing staff who are so very helpful and give the best service. The pool area and bar that serves great food and drinks.. The hotel restaurant is superb and breakfast amazing. The courtesy bus to and from town is great but also easy to get a 5 min taxi . We had great advice on restaurants and organising our days out . Thank you to all the beautiful staff at Quinta Jardins do logo for making our stay so memorable. We love Colombo the resident giant tortoise 🐢 xxxx

A wonderful holiday. The hotel was fantastic, the staff friendly and accommodating. The view from our balcony was breathtaking. The garden tour was fascinating and the pool, restaurant and bar all excellent. Who could ask for anything more?

This was our fourth visit to this wonderful hotel and we found it just as good as before. Everything about this hotel from the rooms, the food, the grounds and the excellent attentive staff is just delightful. It was also nice to see Colombo again! Already planning our return visit next year.

Fantastic hotel in every way, helpful friendly staff. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked through the entrance door. The hotel was set in beautiful grounds and had a guided tour around them with the head gardener. The pool area was perfect with a good bar and eating area which served excellent food.

It was our honeymoon. The staff and hotel were perfect. We were so very grateful for such enduring memories. Feeding bananas to the tortoise. Admiring the flowers and plants.
