Hotel near the ferry terminal. A good 15-minute walk to the center. Bicycle, motorbike and car rental is nearby. Ok location to explore the city.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. I would recommend it. There were not many guests when we stayed so it was quiet. The room was suitable and we enjoyed the balcony. The staff were good and the cleaners did a good job every day.

Bonne expérience dans un studio très bien équipé et très propre. Localisation excellente par rapport au centre de Funchal. Solarium et petit bassin sur le toit de l'hôtel. Possibilité de prendre la demi-pension ou bien uniquement le petit-déjeuner dans le restaurant Bernini situé dans le bâtiment mais indépendant de l'hôtel.

FALTA DE HIGIENE E SEGURANÇA. Quando cheguei ao quarto, como podem ver nas fotos, a sanita estava cheia de formigas, e porquê apenas na sanita? O Lugar onde tinham algo para comer… A soluçao do receção foi colocar inseticida… depois não se podia respirar. O chuveiro estava partido. O pequeno almoço é do mais pobre que há!!

Great little hotel superbly placed for walking into Funchal centre, the marina etc and surrounded with good bars and restaurants. Reception staff lovely and friendly, and our studio apartment was well equipped and clean. It was a pity our balcony didn’t get any sun but the roof top sun terrace with small pool was a great place to spend a couple of hours on sunny afternoons. Madeira is a beautiful island and if we return we will definitely consider staying here again
