Because the flight to Okayama was diverted to Osaka and cancelled, we arrived about three hours later than expected. The hotel service is very good, and there are waiters who speak English. The shuttle bus to Fukuyama Station takes about half an hour, and the schedule can be checked on the official website. The hot spring is clean, there is also water massage, and there is a sauna room. There is an open-air hot spring pool on the third floor and on the top floor, but it was too cold when I went there.
