I visited Fukushima for a live show.
I only stayed there to sleep, but the mattress had a unique way of sinking in.
The facilities themselves were old and there was no auto-lock, but I was hardly ever in the room so it wasn't a problem.
The breakfast buffet was mainly dishes from the Aizu region, so I enjoyed it.
It was a bit of a walk from the station, but it was helpful as it was the closest to the live show venue.

朝食付きプランでした。品数豊富で、しかも全て食べたくなるほど美味しそう。頑張っていろいろ食べました。パンも種類たくさんで、クロワッサン美味しかったです。
大浴場は、女性はフロントで鍵をもらってはいるのですが、先客がいると待たされ、21時ごろの時は1時間以上待たされたのが困りました。改善策を願います。

It's a 6-minute walk from Fukushima Station and conveniently located near the food and drink district. The morning meeting venue is next to the front desk and is a buffet-style establishment with a wide variety of items, including local delicacies. Iizaka Onsen's specialty, radium eggs, are delicious with a hint of salt and I liked the retro feel of the wrapping paper. The large public bath and sauna were clean and relaxing.
