Hotels in Tenjin, Fukuoka

Location was great, very close to eateries, close to subway and also train and bus station to outskirts of Fukuoka. Parco, muna, and other department store are also nearby. Room was OK, manageable for 2 with 2 large suitcases. TV channels are all in Japanese, but u don't watch TV on holiday anyway. Bathroom and amenities were great, they provide free amenities in the lobby. Lounge were nice, though only coffee is provided, but it's good to just sit and sip coffee. The view from my room was Ritz Carlton, so u feel like staying there.. 😝😝

Great location by foot to shopping/restaurant/cafe/gachapon/Subway/Tenjin underground/Donki/blue bottle cafe/ and more! Receptions staffs are helpful 👍🏼 3 famous Ramen’s restaurants - Ichiran/ShinShin inside Parco B2/久留米大石碗are just walking distance.

The hotel is very new, with complete facilities, excellent location, and convenient shopping. The view from the 19th floor platform is great, which adds a lot to the hotel. The breakfast is particularly exquisite and distinctive, rich and pleasing to the eye, and tastes good. It's great. I will choose to stay here next time.

I had a decent stay at the hotel. Everything was alright, but nothing too impressive. It is a valued stay in Tenjin, and the location is really good, with just a few minutes' walk providing access to everything. However, I was quite disappointed to find small mold patches in the shower areas, such as around the showerhead and in the corners of the shower tray. While it is acceptable to me, the cleaning needs to be improved.

The location is the best, so I booked a capsule because I arrived in the evening, but there was no difference in the one-night rate, so I booked a smoking single room, but I booked it anyway because the window opened. When I made the reservation, it said it was a river view, so I didn't request it, but when I went to the room assignment, it wasn't a river view. I asked Papago just in case, and they said there was no request. Then they said that there were only non-smoking rooms with a river view, so they changed it for me. They were so kind. ㅠㅠ Seriously, you should definitely book a river view here. The night view is amazing. I didn't know it was small because I was alone, and it was enough. It was the best accommodation on the first day. The windows open, and Japanese hotels have a unique stuffy feeling, but this was the best.

Double Room was big enough for 2 people. Wifi was good and amenities were all available at the 2nd floor reception area. Breakfast was okay though offerings were a bit limited. Staff were kind and courteous. Just felt bad celebrating my mom’s birthday here. We’re used to getting a simple birthday greeting or a simple mini cake for the celebrant in most of the hotels that we stayed with (often 4 or 5 star) but I guess they have a different culture and we respect that. Overall stay was comfortable as the hotel is located at the center of Tenjin near the luxury stores and famous ramen restaurants.

The location of the hotel is quite good, few minutes walk from Tenjin station, however, I didn't see there is any elevator or escalator from the station to street level, so if you are carrying a heavy luggage, that maybe a bit trouble. The room cleanliness is not up to standard, you will find it's quite dusty on the desk or the area near headboard, room is a bit small but it's fine for my solo stay. The window can be open is a plus to me, as I don't like to on the heat even winter time, most of the hotel cannot adjust the AC mode from heat to cold, so I prefer to open a bit of window to allow the ventilation and make the room a bit chill. Overall I am happy with my stay.

Very…………Great There are only about 40 rooms, so it is very quiet. You can have afternoon tea on the 18th floor, or take coffee and desserts back to your room to enjoy (remember to return them). There is a large bath on the 18th floor. The room has everything it should have, the pajamas are very comfortable, the room has some smell, and most importantly, there is a balcony where you can see the lake and the sea in the distance. It is a very chill hotel Good soundproofing, free mini bar I will review the food and beverage section in a few days.

They clean it every day! I took off one star because there was a stain on the pillow cover. It's about a 10-minute walk from Tenjin Station, but I think there are closer hotels! But among the hotels in Japan I've recently visited, it's one of the most spacious. The service was generally good, but you could only get water service after a certain time, so I bought water from the first day. I took off one star. But I'd still go back if I were to visit again.

Advantages: The room space is relatively OK, the environment is very clean and there is no smell. Nearby is very close to AEON (イオン), supermarket shopping is very convenient, and you can buy more tax-free. Hotel service is also very good. Disadvantages: The convenience store nearby is a little farther away, there are not many restaurants to eat, and you still need to go to the Tenjin business district to have more choices. It is more troublesome to store the key every time you go out.
