Hotel location: Between Hakata Station and Tenjin Station. If you are just shopping, turn right from the door and go 300 meters to Obotori Street. There is a bus no. 3 circulation line. As long as you sit in the opposite direction, shopping is very convenient. It is not very noisy. Suitable for family travel, high personality! Even if you take a taxi directly from the airport, it only costs ¥2,500, and calling a taxi on the platform only costs ¥2,000.
Facilities: Basically all, the rooms are consistent with the hotel pictures, except that I live in Room 101, which has only one toilet and bathroom. I saw that there are 2 toilets in the comment area. I wonder if there are 2 in other rooms upstairs? It’s really inconvenient if there is only one toilet for 5 people!
Service: It is basically self-service, starting from check-in. Perhaps through comments from netizens, the store should improve! I received an email 48 hours before check-in. You can also register in advance. The email is also very friendly and has Chinese options! When checking in, there was also a video confirmation by Chinese staff using an IPAD. Maybe we had registered in the system in advance and knew that we were from Hong Kong. We specially had service staff who could speak Cantonese. Thumbs up 👍!
Improvements: 1) Consumables can be replenished, such as coffee, tea bags, tissues, etc.!
2) You can add some smart locks to a small space so that guests can store their luggage! This is the case with some of the B&Bs I have stayed in before. I hope RAKUTEN Group can do better.

Check-in was a little troublesome, but it was a very good hotel with a good location. There was also a coin parking lot right in front of us, which was very helpful. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the sink. If there is a washing machine, I wish there was a dryer. Then you can wash the towel and use it comfortably the next day.

When checking in, it took a while because the communication on the left device was unstable, but the customer center responded well, so I used the accommodation well and am satisfied with the accommodation.

Apartment-style hotel, you need to confirm the unlocking code of the door in the email sent by the hotel in advance, and check in by yourself in the lobby on the first floor after entering. You will be asked to confirm with the staff via video chat on the way. It is good to have Chinese service staff, because Japanese people can hardly communicate in English. After confirmation, you will be given the unlocking code of the room. Remember to take a photo for storage. Remember to check out by yourself in the lobby when you leave.
The location is not very convenient. You need to take the subway and transfer once from Hakata JR Station or Fukuoka Airport, or walk directly from Hakata Station for half an hour. If you carry large luggage, you don’t have to consider walking. The hotel is located between several temples, very quiet, and there are also convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient. The internal facilities of the hotel are also complete.

The space is very large, clean and well-soundproofed. There is also a projector in the room, which can be used to watch YouTube😁
There are double basins in the room that can be used by multiple people at the same time, but one of the faucets has a very small amount of water and is not easy to use.

First of all, there was no one in the lobby.. Self check-in was really difficult.. Phew.. Looking at other reviews, I was prepared for the heinous check-in. The toiletries are full, and I've checked in once, so I want to go there again later when I go to Fukuoka. It would be nice to go as a group. The room is really big and nice.

The experience is very bad. Although the name is the name of the hotel, it is actually a homestay. When I went to the hotel, I couldn't find the order. I managed to check in after a lot of disturbance. It was already dark. I won't stay again
