It's close to Nakasu-Kawabata Station and has plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, so it's very convenient.

It was convenient and easily accessible from the station. I couldn't figure out how to turn off the overhead light, which was a pain for me since I don't need lights. It would have been helpful if there were cables for my smartphone, PC, etc. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom had a moldy smell when I entered and a little inside the room too. It's a shame. The reception was very kind and polite, and I was impressed that they welcomed me even though I was tired. I used it for a LIVE, and would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

The staff was very friendly and although the building itself is a little old, the rooms were clean.

I stayed here to see a play at Hakataza. The location was good. Perhaps because I checked in at night, the female staff at the reception desk was obviously unmotivated. The air conditioner in the room was squeaking the whole time, and I couldn't sleep with it on. The amenities and decorations were well thought out for women. The cleaning staff were friendly and greeted me politely.
