I had a pleasant stay for 4 nights in this hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, with excellent location, just a few minutes walking distance from Hakata Station. Standard amenities are provided in the room, with facial lotion, teabags, cotton pads etc. available for collection on the lobby. The bed and pillows are good. I also enjoyed the shower , with excellent water supply/ pressure. Coffee and soft drinks are provided on the lobby from 2:30 to 9 pm. Washing machines and dryers are available on two floors. Breakfast is good, with quite a variety of food provided. Ramen and udon are supplied on alternate days.

Quite noisy at night as it is near the JR station and no ear plugs were provided. Requested a higher floor but was given the lowest floor.

Location is great. 1 min walk to the underpass and it’s linked to many restaurants and mall. It’s a small hotel. Room is small but spacious toilet. Bathtub and standing shower available. We like the toilet. The only issue we had was seeing a dirty cloth left by housekeeping in my room AND it was on top of my open luggage which my clean stuff was there. I was upset and called the front desk. The staff came up as he could not understand what I was saying. * The staff are not good in English. In the end I passed the dirty cloth to him. I took taxi 2 way from hotel from airport and it’s around 2200-2400 yen each trip. Overall, we had a good stay as the bed was comfortable too.

The room layout is very good. I really like the bathroom, the size is comfortable. The location is excellent, near the Hakata station about 5 mins by walking underground.

Excellent location just beside Hakata Station, easily accessed by underground route with escalators, so no worries about lugging luggages up and down stairs. Room size is good for Japanese hotel and bath room is large. Grab your amenities at the lobby, but take note they don’t provide hair band nor shower cap. Bed is comfortable.

Very convenient and close to hakata station. Room is not big but normal in japan standard. Highly recommended because of the location.

The space is sufficient to put 2 luggages with 26 inches. It’s very near to JR Hakata Station and convenience store is just 1 minutes away from the hotel! Very convenient to nearby shopping mall too!

They do not wash the used cups when they make up the room. Shower facility was strong and good. They allowed us to keep our luggage with them for a couple of days till we checked in again.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It is right in front of Hakata Station and is cheap, so I will use it again next time. It was nice to be with you on your first trip to Japan
