The location was good, right next to the subway station.
The staff were smiling and welcoming.
However, the facility was undeniably old, and to put it in a positive way, it had a retro atmosphere. The unit bath was like that of a business hotel, and unfortunately the sink was still cracked. What was nice was that the TV was new and large!

I visited in October last year and revisited in April this year.
Last year, 4 people used the connected room, and this time, 3 people used the modulate twin room with an additional bed. If you don't add a bed, the room is very spacious for 2 people,
and even after adding a bed, the room was more than enough for 3 people.
It is still a well-managed, old hotel. If you have any questions about the hotel or moving to other areas, the staff will answer them as if it were their own business.
I would like to thank the staff who can speak English and Japanese, who supported me without any inconvenience.
The hotel is right in front of Watanabedori Station on the Nanakuma Line, so it is easy to access.
There is a 24-hour supermarket right across the street. They have alcohol, food, and daily necessities. I will continue to use New Otani when staying in Fukuoka because of this place.
The hotel arcade coffee shop is good, but there is a TAGSTÅ coffee shop in the back alley. It opens at 7 o'clock, and the coffee with the right amount of acidity is excellent.
