You can walk to Tenjin or Ohori Park, so the location is good, and there are many convenience stores nearby.
However, if I come next time, I think I'll just stay in Tenjin. It took about 15 minutes on foot, but I was scared because it was far from the downtown area when I walked at night. The photo is in front of the place, but it's a bit empty..

I made a reservation on the day and they were able to store my luggage right there and then, which was very helpful. The room was spacious enough for one person and I could even open up a large carry-on bag.
