I stay this hotel many times, great value, very good location. highly recommend

It’s only around 1.5KM away from Hakata station and 350M away from the nearest subway station so it’s really good location wise. Overall the room is clean and comfortable, nothing much else to talk about. I am satisfied.

The hotel location is good as there are many restaurants nearby. It only takes about 10 minutes to go to the Tenjin station. The hotel belongs to a boutique hotel as the room is not spacious but cleanliness is acceptable. The hotel breakfast only costs Yen1,300 is cheap but the foods varieties are very limited and more suitable for Japanese. The hotel doesn’t provide car parking but there are many public parking spaces, however, the roads in these parking spaces are very narrow, it requires very high driving technique before driving to the main road.

The location is a bit disappointing. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is a small buffet. Children are provided with separate slippers, toothbrushes, etc.

Although the room is small, it is well-equipped and the cleaning is very clean. The shower space is quite large, the shower head is powerful, and there is no problem in draining water. There is a convenience store downstairs and restaurants on both sides. It takes 10 minutes to go to Canal City Hakata. It is very convenient and highly recommended overall!

The worst hotel in Japan. Except for the good location, everything else is bad. The bathroom and corridor have odor. I can tolerate that you are small and old, but the hotel feels too dirty and stingy. The napkins in the room are not even as wide as the toilet paper. They are pitifully small. The slippers are not changed for each guest. It's disgusting to think about it. The bed will move when you walk on it. The fitted sheet underneath is not as wide as the mattress. The quilt and bed sheet are not comfortable. The quilt cover is not made of 100% cotton. My legs itch when I sleep, so I can only wear long sleeves and long pants to sleep. The breakfast is also terrible. The kitchen looks dirty. For a hotel that costs more than 1,000 yuan a night, I feel like I am not here for vacation, but to survive.

Nearby parking and restaurants are more expensive, self-drive parking may have to go to Tenjin Park parking lot to call cheaper, if you take the subway to go to Tenjin South Station and walk a few minutes back. There is a buffet breakfast included (attached picture), if you bring a large suitcase to pay attention to whether there is space to open the suitcase.

Of course, it's a healthy massage. There are many massage shops nearby. If the price is similar to our country, it's a healthy massage, so you can use it. Oh... When I called from my room, it was 6,000 yen for an hour. This is not recommended. Grandmothers in their 60s and 70s come. It's embarrassing to even get a massage. Please never call for one. If you're tired, you can go out and go to a massage shop and get a foot massage or full body massage. There are many izakayas, yakitori shops, and restaurants nearby. There are many things to enjoy lightly. There are also many chain stores. The best thing is that there is a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so it is convenient to use. If you deposit yen into your travel card, you can withdraw yen without a withdrawal fee 24 hours a day. This is my second time in Fukuoka.. The location is great. I made a reservation for one person, but there was only one towel. ㅋ You can take as many disposable items as you want from the second floor lobby, and you can ask for a razor at the lobby. This is a hotel with good value for money and location. It is okay to use it. That's all!!

However, I was disappointed with the hotel room. There were small insects on the bed. Since there were no other rooms, I couldn't arrange a room change, but the staff provided me with insecticide and disinfectant alcohol. In addition, when I entered the room, I found hair of unknown origin on the table and feces stains on the toilet. So I hope the hotel can pay attention to hygiene issues.
