The entrance to Kushida Jinja-mae subway station is right in front of you, so even if it rains, you can use the subway without getting wet. Breakfast is simple but free. One stop from Hakata on the Nanakuma subway line, it's almost right in front of you when you get to the ground level, so it's very accessible! About 10 minutes walk from Hakata Station.
It's basically unmanned and I hardly ever meet the staff from check-in to check-out, but I didn't experience any inconvenience and had a very comfortable stay.
If I had to pick a drawback, it would be that when I sat on the toilet in my room, the wall in front of me was so close that it was difficult to stand up.
I was happy because I didn't expect breakfast to be free for light meals. However, the amount is quite small.
The amenities in the room should be enough, but they also have them next to the elevator, so you shouldn't have any problems.
