The guesthouse is adorable and you couldn't as for a better location in enoshima right between the katase and enoden trains walking to the beaches and islands. The rooms are small and basic but the AC works and the beds are comfy. I will definitely stay here again

Cleanliness is closer to 3.5 if you're being really picky because the shower walls could use a good wipe down & the bunk bed frame could be vacuumed. Overall though, pretty good. The best part is the location! Right in the middle of a street of restaurants & souvenir shops next to the beach, next to a konbini, Shonan Monorail & train stations down the street, & Enoshima Island over the bridge. The staff is very friendly & a couple of them speak English. Something to note, their wifi kept disconnecting for a few of the guests & I. The second thing I enjoyed most is the bottom floor being a cafe & staying guests get a discount. I really recommend the milkshakes & fried items! I stayed in the female dormitory, both floors shared by all. I personally didn't feel unsafe. The main doors are locked at night & you could lock the dormitory door. The dormitory is right by the street so you will hear people & vehicles if that's something you're particular about. Lastly, don't forget to turn on the AC. Somehow, we forgot about it the first night & were sweating. I also opened the window because my bunk was further away from the AC & boxed up, both of which helped! Overall, enjoyed my experience at Iza & will stay again when visiting Enoshima!

Its a nice well kept hostel, definitely a special experience and great location. Be aware not to checkout 1 min later cause they will charge you 1100 yen per hour PER PERSON, 0 flexibility!

Good location, great value for money, very helpful staff

The transportation is very convenient, very close to Enoshima and close to three stations. Paid toothbrushes are available, there is a microwave and drinking water (in the wash basin pipe), the staff are nice, and most importantly, it is quiet! But there is basically no internet in the room🛜

Located right on the main street, it's a cozy little shop with a clean environment. It's perfect for traveling alone. It's close to Enoshima and the Shinkansen, and it's perfect for visiting Kamakura when the weather is good.

A very clean and tidy youth hostel with good conditions in all aspects. There are many delicious foods on the street. It is very convenient to get to Kamakura by car. I took a lot of beautiful photos.

Very satisfied. It would be better if you can wear slippers in the room. Because I went there during the Spring Festival, my feet were a little cold. You can't eat in the room, but the inn has its own lounge where you can drink tea and eat ice cream. It's very convenient to buy something to eat. Next to it is 7-11 and Lawson. It's very close to the beach and Enoshima.

I realized immediately after booking that I had booked a room with one bed even though I was planning to stay with two people. Immediately after pressing the reservation button, I called the hotel front desk and asked to add a bed or cancel, but they said "there are no more beds available," so I wanted to cancel. The front desk staff who answered the phone had a very bad attitude, and they said, "So you're not coming?" in a unilateral and decisive manner, which was very unpleasant. At that point, I had not yet decided whether to cancel or stay alone, but they were very rude. After that, I contacted Trip's customer service. They said it would take about two hours for the hotel to respond, so I waited, but in the end there was no response from the hotel. I called the hotel again and asked if they could reply to my message, but the same staff member again treated me rudely, which was very disappointing. As a result, I wasted my money and had the worst service experience. Even after the check-in time, the hotel did not contact me, and I felt completely ignored.

Although I only stayed for one night, it exceeded my expectations. The location is very good, at the same place as that internet-famous fried food shop. It is a cafe and accommodation integrated together, and guests staying in the cafe get a 20% discount. It is very clean, and the girls' room is also very large, with a full-length mirror and a dressing table. It is very suitable for a group of girlfriends to book a room. The bed is very comfortable. I remember that I could get a number in the youth hostel I stayed in. The fragrance in the bathroom also smells good. The downside is that the ceiling of the upper bunk is relatively low, so it is easy to hit my head. The window is the street, and passers-by can be seen through the gaps in the curtains. In theory, they should not be able to see me, but I still lie down to change clothes. The first and second floors share two bathrooms and one toilet. Although there was no competition for seats, it was a bit embarrassing to blow my hair and bump into boys in the aisle.
