Hotel Yaramar - Adults Recommended

Fenomenal

Went to the Hotel Yaramar as a single traveller July 2025. First up travelled on the Sunday TUI flight which is a Dreamliner - highly recommended compared to previous flights on a 737. On arrival it is obvious there have been considerable renovations to the public areas. Unfortunately these are just cosmetic, while the reception area & outside of the hotel have been refurbished, once you are on the 1st floor pool terrace you can see the top of the canopy at the entrance to the hotel is still in poor repair. The renovations also do not extend to the rooms, I'm sure the new suites are brand new, but the standard rooms are pretty much the same as before, except for a coat of paint & a new shower, (preferred the old one, more powerful). There is a new controller for the air conditioning, which at least in my room seemed very temperamental, (I had to call Reception twice during my stay to reset it, to be fair this was done very promptly both times. There seemed to be fewer sunbeds around the pool terrace, which is good as far as less having people right on top of you, but also meant if you hadn't got a sunbed by 9 o'clock they were all gone, often taken by people out all day & not using beds until the afternoon, no enforcement of the rule that any beds left unattended for more than an hour, the towels were removed. The biggest issue was the Restaurant. Breakfasts were ok, but compared to previous stays, the evening meals had deteriorated significantly. Far less choice & variety, roasts only on a couple of days per week, whereas previously it was an option every night. Overall I would commend the staff at the hotel, who I could not fault, but there sems to have been significant cost cutting to pay for the refurbishment of the Yaramar & the building of the new section of the Angela. I note that from next year, the Yaramar is going to classified as a TUI Blue hotel, with a significant increase in prices. I cannot see how they can justify that, given the drop in quality since my last visit.

We arrived at the hotel and were very surprised we had been given an upgrade to the 12th floor. The room was very good, double bed, amazing views, fridge, kettle, large shower. The staff were very pleasant throughout the Hotel. The Cleaning was exceptional. I’m a fussy eater and the food was great at breakfast and always something even for me to eat. Yes you had to be in the queue if you wanted a sunbed by around 8.15. We didn’t mind. The Sunbeds were comfy, pool good. It was def a 4 star in my opinion. I was a little apprehensive having read the previous reviews. Well don’t to staff and management.

First stay at the Yaramar, absolutely superb hotel, the place is spotless throughout, the room we’re in on the 11th floor is amazing, the views are incredible, the air conditioning again is fantastic, had a great sleep, the service is amazing and the staff are so nice an absolute pleasure, right on the beachfront, adults only the clientele is slightly older which again for us was really nice, would definitely come back and would highly recommend .

We were on 15th floor very modernised room was lovely the only thing I would say the water from the shower runs from the door after so we had to put a towel there as you step out we had 10day stay clean the cleaner was very nice left us a biscuit every day nice fresh towels..The pool area a little smaller than expected but was ok I disagree that it’s a titled adults only when there were a couple of family’s there with little kids ..My only downfall would be no water dispensers most places I’ve been the hotels have them also need to sought the fridge apart from that food not too bad we had a great holiday despite all these bad reviews
