非常好的日式傳統旅館，老闆一家人自己經營的，服務很好，老闆人也很好雖然要靠翻譯溝通，但也滿足了我們的要求，有大浴場可以浸溫泉，入住的時候是旺季住滿了本地人，要共用衛浴但也並不擠擁，基本上都是自己一個人在享用，尤其晚餐非常之豐盛，離河口湖自己揸車十幾分鐘性價比非常之高，晚餐超級豐盛，超驚喜，下次去富士山都會選擇這裏性價比超高，係一间寶藏溫泉旅館

우선 Trip.om의 처사에 불만이 많습니다. 트립닷컴에는 기차역에서 여관까지 픽업서비스가 된다고 되어 있어서, 여관에 확인했더니 픽업서비스는 물론 환송 서비스도 없더군요. 여관 주인 부부는 비교적 친절했습니다만. 그리고 여관측에서 트립닷컴에 항의하여, 제게 연락이 와서 10000원 상당의 쿠폰을 준다고 하더니, 말뿐 그 이후 아무런 조치를 취하지않았습니다. 그리고 트립닷컴을 통한 예약(여관에서는 라쿠텐과만 계약이 있다고 하더군요)은 여러가지 가격적인 면에서 손해가 있을수 있습니다.
