1.禮賓部服務人員態度欠佳。開車到達酒店，向保安諮詢停車場相關事宜，與保安間隔不到1m，多次無迴應，還轉身離開。地下停車場入口標識不清晰不合理。
2.前廳前台男生業務不熟練，出示身份證後查詢，後問在哪個平台確認，告訴後仍詢問預訂號，體驗差。全程低頭，與客户沒有任何眼神交流和問候，毫無尊重可言。也沒有介紹早餐，房型訊息，電梯指引，什麼都沒有，工作極其不符合酒店定位和品牌標準！！！後面再到前台年長的男工作人員做得就很好，説明培訓做得不太好。
3.按金高額，入住一晚，在房費已全額付款情況下，加收收相當於兩晚房費的按金，還不是退房立即退款，退款速度是目前本人入住酒店中最慢的，按金比例也是最高的。押二付一！
