Fredericton Hotels with Gym

I chose Lord Beaverbrook because of good reviews, but I discovered several problems there. Both of the elevators were out of service when I tried them, although the staff helped out and took me up a service elevator. When I got to the room, the key wouldn't work. Again, the staff was helpful and showed up within a couple minutes with a working key. The parking lot was very full at 11pm at night, and I almost couldn't find a spot. The room was very nice, large and clean and well-maintained. There was quite a bit of noise in the halls, and I could hear the elevator (I was near it) many times. I suppose not all of these things are the hotel's fault, but there were way too many glitches for a ”fancy” hotel.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room layout is perfect, elegant without losing sentiment, and the service is thoughtful, making people extremely comfortable. It creates a sense of home for me. No matter how big or small it is, it is impeccable and the price is reasonable.

The property appears to be clean, but is not robustly boasted of its sanitization efforts. Expect some oddities in the room decor and furniture, but all is functional albeit not at a higher level of expectation. i.e. air movement was outdated, USB ports non existant. The staff were pleasant, efficient, and friendly. The property felt secure enough for a one-night business stay but very much felt like a value-focused property. Very disappointed that the restaurant did not open until 7:30 am, which is too late for someone with business to conduct.

This is truly worth the money. We usually stay at a cheaper spot across town, but decided to stay here due to it being new years and closer to downtown. It was a beautiful room that was huge and the bathroom was ideal for getting ready.

I needed a family suite with a separate bedroom for a several-night stay with my 19 year old. This hotel had the best option for a good price. The furniture and decor could use an update, but the hotel and rooms were clean and the bed and pull-out couch were comfortable. A hot breakfast was included in the price. There was a pool and fitness room which I did not use, and guest laundry which I did. Would stay again

Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

Was very impressed by the free room upgrade as well as being able to check in 2 hrs early due to availability of room, would definitely stay there again, room was very clean, good parking and great service

The location of the hotel is very good. There are Walmart, Best Buy, shopping centers and separate restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The location is very convenient. The size of the hotel room is medium to large. Toothbrushes and slippers are required. The heating remote control has no digital display and can only be adjusted by the on or off state. The Wifi signal is average. Go to the front desk to ask for the electric kettle. There is a lot of scale in it and it doesn't look clean, but there is no other way. Breakfast is an order system for each person. Toast, fried egg and bacon, 7 yuan for one, not bad.

Had a 1 night stay while passing through on a road trip. The location is convenient and only a couple minutes from the highway. The hotel itself seems to be nicely updated. The room was clean and in generally good condition. Bed was comfortable and the only problem was that the bathroom sink was draining very slowly. It wasn’t bad enough for me to need service and I just mentioned it on check out. Breakfast was included with the rate (standard for Holiday Inn Express) and was delicious. Hot scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and home fries, and omelettes were all there as well as a hot pancake maker and warm cinnamon rolls. They had Greek yogurt which was nice. Usually included hotel breakfasts are an afterthought but at this place the food was as good or better than what actual restaurants serve. The eating area was also huge with ample seating and no crowding.
