NEVER GOT A ANSWER ABOUT CHECK IN NOR DID I EVEN GO HERE OR STAY BUT THEY STILL TOOK A WEEKS MONEY WORTH IM PISSED

The person at the front desk (blue hair) was rude and unwelcoming. We were given two keys for 4 people/2 rooms. The room smelled like mildew. Only one trash can in the room. No ice bucket for the machine . Worst of all I booked based on the fact they had a continental breakfast and was charged at the reservation booking time, come to find out they do not have any continental breakfast.

Just had the worse experience of my life at this particular Econo Lodge. The blue haired lady at the front desk was nodded out to the point where I tried multiple times in waking her up. I knocked on the window and called several times. She never woke not once. I had my seven year old son with me and this was very scary for him. I also have pictures of management wants them! What kind of management would allow there employee to work like this? Absolutely disgusting! Stay off *****! I'm a choice member and for some reason I can't write a review on there so l came here but I'm going to try to put this review everywhere!!

Do not stay here, go somewhere else. The owner tried to steal from me. The American staff working there are great and helped me. The owner tried to be a thief, but it did not work out for him on this particular trip. I called the police. Why do you think this Motel is so cheap ? Not enough room here to go into detail, but trust me you won’t be sorry going to Stevens City for your stay.

First stop on a drive from New England to Louisiana. Should of walked out the door immediately but was tired and needed to rest. Front desk host was not friendly and getting information about local restaurants was like pulling teeth. I am also disabled and needed assistance with luggage which was not available. As soon as I opened the door to the room the smell of cigarette was in the air in a non smoking room. Bathroom was not the cleanest and barely had hot water. The bed was uncomfortable with springs sticking up in spots with stains on the sheets. Wallpaper in the halls was peeling of the walls. The handicap parking spot could not be any further from the lobby and the side door to exit the building was locked which is a fire exit. Room was said online to be 63 for the night but was charged 80 for the room. If I could give it less than 1 start I would. When asking the front desk about aarp or aaa discounts ha said they don't apply them because 80 is as low as they will go. I highly recommend stayng away from this establishment.

CONSTANT loud noises all night. Sounded like elephants on pogo sticks. Every several minutes, for a few seconds at a time, so, no, it wasn't what you might think. Room REAKED of cigarettes. The POOL IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. (This was the one reason I chose the place.)

We stayed here for one night and had a King room. I think the bedsheets were clean but there were fresh stains on the sheets. We didn’t notice it until bedtime and by then we were exhausted after a long day of driving so we did not complain. The room floor was not the cleanest and we found torn pieces of plastic and bags on the floor by the sofa. As usual, the sofa cushions were dirty and stained. The bathroom was clean but needs a few touches and the weird thing – no tissues anywhere in the room. I guess they expect us to bring our own. Disappointing – we had to turn on the mini-fridge and next morning, it was still not very cold. In the morning, there was coffee available but nothing else. This place no longer provides anything for breakfast. The hotel lobby smelled and I think the smell came from the indoor pool that is closed and had scum in the water. I think if they no longer use the pool, then they should empty it. The only good thing about this place is the McDonald’s across the parking lot. We have been stopping here at least 3 times a year for the last 12 years but with the state of this hotel, we will never stay here again. It was a great place once but in the last 3 years, it has really taken a turn for the worst. Obviously, a lot of people have discovered this fact since there were only 8 cars in the parking lot.

Well the price was right but ugh. I am absolutely sure that I will not visit again. The front desk staff were the only redeeming quality of this place. Our room had a clogged sink, a clogged tub and a toilet that ran. The air unit was on it's last leg. The desk lamp didn't work. The bed spreads were stained.

Absolute WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in! I wouldn’t even give this hotel a 1 star, but unfortunately have to put something. The room was absolutely disgusting and reeked of cigarettes. Couldn’t even stay the whole night. This is not even worth $10 to stay at let alone the $100 they are asking for.
