I stayed at this hotel from January 10 to 13, 2024. What I can say is that our stay was perfect. The double bed is wonderful. The air conditioning works very well, which is essential in Foz, since it is very hot. The room size is adequate. The breakfast is ok with several options. For the price they charge, it is great. The area is calm and well located, close to the JL Cataratas shopping mall, and on the corner there is a pizza buffet that is very affordable. The Wi-Fi in the room works normally. Within a 5 km radius of the hotel, there are 44 restaurant options according to Google maps, which gives you an idea of ​​its location. Everyone at the reception is super helpful, Antônio speaks several languages, I was able to talk to him in English and Italian. I needed a floor cloth to put on the bathroom floor and Luís promptly got it for me. I also asked for toilet paper and Antônio gave me two rolls. If you want your room cleaned, just leave the key in the lock on the door. The only downside I had during my stay was the pillows, which were very thin. We stayed on the first floor in room 20. The hotel has two floors and does not have an elevator. The light in the hallway only turns on when you get close to the motion detector that is almost at the beginning of the hallway, which made it a bit difficult for us who were in the middle of the hallway when we left the room at night and went to lock the door, because it was completely dark. If I could make a suggestion to the hotel management, it would be to include scrambled eggs in the breakfast and improve the quality of the pillows. Otherwise, everything was great. The hotel even has its own parking lot included in the stay. Every day I parked the car I rented in front of the hotel, in the spaces that face the windows of the dining room where breakfast is served, and I had no problems at all. As I said, the area is quiet and safe. The toilet flushes very strongly. The bathroom is ok, and for the price they charge per night, it is great. Next time I go to Foz I will stay at this hotel again. I recommend it.

The hotel is about ten blocks from Avenida Brasil and has a reasonable price for what it offers, but it needs urgent maintenance for the room at the back, rusty windows that don't close completely, broken blinds, missing plugs on the power outlet, peeling paint in the room and on the outside of the building, and removing the sharp corner (wooden edge) from the stand of the good TV that only has a few satellite channels. Reasonable breakfast. Good service, cleanliness, minibar, air conditioning, mattress and garden. Intermittent and slow Wi-Fi. The building has three floors and no elevator. Good for a few days and to save money.

In the bedroom, the door was already difficult to open due to the old crack. Squeaky door. The bed was against the window, which you could open with your foot. Windows filthy with spiders and dust. That's because they didn't clean the room when we asked. No elevator. During our 5 days of accommodation we had the same breakfast. I had to buy French bread that wasn't available in the cafe. Apart from the small plates, which were all made of plastic.... One attendant had a face like C...

Melhor custo e benefício. Ótimo café da manhã pelo preço. Funcionários extremamente cordiais. Área segura. Tudo ACIMA do esperado. Só poderiam ter um pouco mais de cuidado na limpeza, mas nada q atrapalhe a estadia. Muito obg
