Foshan Sanshui District Hotels

Environment: There is a pleasant smell as soon as you enter the door. The overall environment is okay. Hygiene: After checking in and resting, I went out the next day and asked them to continue cleaning. The cleaning was very good. Unexpectedly, two bananas and some mints were also given🤣. Just took a picture of this. No other hotel I have been to is so user-friendly.

A new hotel well placed with polite and attentive staff. Good, Chinese style, breakfast is provided too. One negative aspect though, the room doesn't have a fridge. Quite weird for a 4 star hotel. Is mentioned in the room description though but didn't pay attention. I didn't think that this would ever be possible for a 4 star establishment.

The room was OK, and the hygiene was good, but there were two aspects that I was not satisfied with. The first was that we booked two rooms. In the room where my parents stayed, someone swiped the room card to come in at night and said they were a team participating in a competition, and the front desk gave them the wrong room card. The second was that there were many hotels to choose from in Sanshui at this price. I stayed here because it had a swimming pool, but I found out during actual use that the swimming pool was outsourced. This was not a big problem, but the hotel front desk and the swimming pool front desk seemed to be disconnected. The hotel was indifferent to the use of the swimming pool, and they were not even clear about whether towels and slippers were provided. There was not even an internal phone at the swimming pool. The front desk of the swimming pool did not want to provide lockers for hotel guests.

The location is close to amenities and shopping malls. Staffs are friendly. Buffet selection is okay and they have laundry area on Level 3 for hotel customers too. However the frustrating problem is the shower. We booked 2x rooms for 4x nights. The water temperature is not consistent and it gets hot and cold. If you turned it to medium, there will be no hot water at all. Brought this up at the service desk and yet they could not fix it.

The hotel environment is superb, the service is intimate, the parking is super convenient, the five-star experience is super satisfied! The facilities are high-end, the service is thoughtful, the parking is convenient and not bothering, and the stay is super comfortable to give five stars! Good location, good service, five-star recommendation this hotel!

The design style of the hotel is very unique, the room is full of warm atmosphere, and the staff Xiao Dan is also very enthusiastic, making me feel at home. The beds are clean and the pillows and quilts are very comfortable. The laundry room arranged in the room is on the same floor, which is very considerate. There are many varieties of breakfast and it is quite rich. It is a good choice to go shopping at the nearby Beijiang Embankment and enjoy the evening breeze.

The hotel lobby is very beautiful and grand! The front desk staff provided good service. The upgraded room has a balcony and a bathtub🛁, and papaya peanut chicken feet soup was also given, which was very delicious! The room is clean and hygienic, no smell, good lighting atmosphere, suitable for family travel or couples travel The hotel has an elegant environment and intimate service. The fragrance and smile are cured instantly when you stay. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft like a cloud, and you sleep all night until dawn. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water pressure is abundant, and the toiletries are of high quality. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the new power square, and the surrounding convenience stores and cafes are all available. Overall their service is very good. The location is just located beside San Shui mall. After staying for two days, they give a free upgrade to an AI room. The staffs are helpful. And allow late checkout. Just a downside the sink smells like vomit, not sure if its coincident or careless clean up.
