Excelent 5 stars hotel, warm welcome , big nice room , very professional front desk , for a business trip stay , this hotel is the first choice

location is amazing, city center and near alot of malls and they are very ons about sustainability. however, there are a few things we can improve to make the experience better. 1. staff standing at the door was not proactive helping with the luggage despite making eye contact and seeing us carrying many baggages on hand. 2. shower room was almost clear ? i could totally see people showering (very translucent) very inconvenient for non-couples staying together. 3. despite asking for a non-smoking room and level, we could still smell cigarettes in the bathroom. 4. it could be better if they install a small platform in the shower room to put our own facial cleansing foam etc

Recently changed brands name from Marco Polo to Cordis. The change seems to have meant there’s been some focus on improving staff training and they were very professional, attentive and helpful. Well located close to Xintiande and a short walk to local shopping malls and food halls. Rooms are modern and suites spacious- std rooms are a little larger and more modern than the CPlaza down the road and better value for money. Some renovations underway on some floors and throughout the hotel, but didn’t notice them from the room at all during the stay. Really practical desk layout is well suited for business travelers who have to work from the hotel, although wifi was rubbish, almost non-existent. When it did work it was really slow and painful so I couldn’t work from the room which was disappointing.

1. Rooms are new and clean, however there is a strong musky smell especially in bedroom that the hotel needs to get rid off before guests check in. The musky smell lingers. Pillows also need to be aired. 2. Good daily service altho it’s a serviced apartment 3. Poor section of coffee and tea in the room 4. Nespresso machine provided, but they only give complimentary two capsules for the entire stay 5. In-room Wifi is choppy

Great services from frontdesk to room service. Food lunch buffet is excellent. It also closes to the night bazaar and big shopping mall.

Clean and comfortable room, best 180 degree lake view, very enjoyable to stay, originally, we booked 2 night, because of the lake view and the night light effects around the hotel, we stayed two more night, Johnny, zero from fron desk were good helper, Jane was kind and did a good job. definetely recommend this hotel, it worth on this 5 star hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Nan Hai hotel during our recent family vacation. The hotel was incredibly well-suited for families - the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of space for our family of four. Thank you Alice, the hotel manager, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful transfer and accommodating our needs promptly. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious hot and cold options to fuel us up for our busy days. The kids loved the made-to-order porridge and the selection of fresh pastries. We also enjoyed spending time at the hotel's large, well-maintained kids and standard swimming pool. The kids had a blast splashing around and burning off energy, while we parents were able to relax poolside. The adjoining kids' playroom was an added bonus, providing a fun indoor space for the little ones to play. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent home base for our trip. The combination of comfortable accommodations, attentive service, family-focused amenities like the breakfast and pool, and the kids' playroom made this hotel a perfect choice for our family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for an stress-free, enjoyable vacation experience. It is very nearby Chimelong theme park as well.

The facilities and buffet breakfast was good. Places were clean. We added a third bed after the initial booking and asked for the third bed to be cancelled one day before our arrival. Unfortunately, the small bed was still in our room when we arrived. We need to ask for its removal two times before it was actually taken away!

Very clean and the room was exactly as advertised. Breakfast and buffet dinner had both a decent selection of food corresponding with the price. The staff was nice. The area itself doesn't offer much entertainment but it's not too far from more lively places. The service wasn't 5* tho(no bartender in the lobby bar, food at the buffets either took ages to be refilled or it wasn't refilled at all unless you asked for it). Overall not bad, a decent place to stay.

The first time I came to this hotel, I felt very good, the receptionist Sunshine's service attitude was very good. The environment of the hotel is very good, there is a park next to it, and the air is good. The hotel room is also very clean and comfortable under the covers. The hotel has a robot to deliver food, do not need me to come down to pick up food, very convenient!
