The overall environment feels good, but there is no elevator and no waiter to help with luggage, which feels a bit worse! After all, we have to move the boxes to the 4th floor! The clerk at the front desk asked, "Isn't this the 4th floor you booked?" Just move it and it will go up! It sounds very uncomfortable! I left my luggage at the front desk and had breakfast, but when I came back I didn't find anyone watching it! No one asked me anything when I took my luggage away. Was that a bit scary? If the luggage is really lost, it will be a waste of time! Poor service experience
