看到衞生環境堪憂！簡直無語。讓我住的和圖片完全無關。生活過得好的可以來見識一下，生活不好的更應該來住，有一種回家的感覺。我們在房子裏面，看完不滿意説要退房，在拍存現場環境。客服管家居然説：不住的話就請離開房間親。這種陰陽怪氣的話。

看中這家的泡池大，才選擇這間民宿，但廳是真的小，沙發衹能3、4人坐，3樓雙人房房間床頭的桌子很臟，還有以前租客留下的汽水罐子印，用紙巾擦桌子馬上黑乎乎的，太不可思議了，我擦了5遍才乾淨，希望管家打掃衞生認真點。

設施：一家人來過週末，訂房的時候看中滑滑梯和泡池。到達之後發現户外區域的衞生狀況不太好，户外設施都覆蓋了一層灰塵，家裡人第一時間掃地拖地把衞生搞了一遍才放心玩。
別墅的泡池放水是用熱水器燒水的，沒有鍋爐，且出水孔極小。所以熱水器持續工作一小時後就自動斷電無法工作了。擔心熱水器壞了沒法洗澡，所以最後我們是沒有使用泡池的（因為根本沒法放滿水）。
環境：別墅所在小區是新小區，入住率較低，比較安靜，設施也比較新。
服務：服務還是很好的。我們買了食材燒烤需要提前放進冰箱，管家上午11點就讓我們進去放東西了。後面入住了之後幾次上門調燃氣管道和送物資都很快，點贊。
總的來説體驗還不錯
