一般般，裏面的設施都沒有做保養，很舊，院子裏的雜草也不修剪，小童玩的水上樂園裡麪都是淤泥，很久沒人玩了，房子是真的悶熱，特別是白天，兩台空調也不夠用。體驗感真不好，還是寧可多花點錢住清遠那邊的吧。他們唯一好的就是服務態度不錯，前台人員服務不錯！就這點值得表揚了。

總體來説環境不錯，坐落於南丹山下，空氣清新，温度濕度都在比較舒適的範圍內，但夏天稍微會多點蚊蟲，建議帶上驅蚊裝備。

房間內部太臟了，打掃得估計非常馬虎，到處都是灰塵，房間內部很潮。
附近自然環境很好，很多樹木花草，但是太多蟲子了，螞蟻，蟋蟀，蟑螂，壁虎.
晚上樹林裏有螢火蟲
