房間很乾凈整潔，實木裝修的。客房阿姨笑容很好，送東西過來很快。退房時我們寄存行李，前台的小姐姐還幫忙搬行李，這個酒店整體給人感覺很不錯

這個酒店看起來保養的不錯，乾乾淨淨的，床也很舒服不會説太軟或者太硬，跟我家裡的差不多，周邊都是吃粵菜的多，廣東早茶也有，就是沒有時間去嘗試下次過來再體驗下，離清暉園和歡樂海岸都不算遠

出差總是忙忙碌碌，事情多臨時又可能有變化，所以基本上我不在住宿的問題過多的糾結，住維也納很多地方都有，開發票也是簡單，這幾天颱風要過來了天氣很悶熱隨口跟前台講一聲早餐能不能弄個綠豆粥，第二天真的可以到餐廳吃到綠豆粥，看是隨口一提卻被人記在心上，服務真的很贊，如果有外出還是會去住維也納。👍

酒店靠近3號地鐵站，到周邊遊玩也很方便，有大型免費停車場，也配備了充電樁，房間乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐也很熱情，免費給我贈送了1份早餐，早餐也不錯👍下次出差還是會選擇來這裏住的！

連鎖酒店在服務方面確實是做得很不錯，從入住到退房都可以感受到細心的點，床單被套很柔軟還有一點淡淡清香味這個我覺得真的很不錯讓人覺得安心，從禪城過來也方便，地鐵都不塞車好過開車，總體來説這次還是比較滿意的！
