Free parking means no street parking fees! There is also a ventilation grid, which lets mosquitoes in. The light is too strong, and there is no sound insulation. It was noisy until dawn. I didn't sleep all night. It was so bad. I went to bed at 11 o'clock and found out that it said there was air conditioning and mineral water, but in fact there was none. Many things were not available. It was a rip-off. I would have moved to another place if I had known.
