訂了兩晚，平均大約$240港幣一晚，價錢需平，但是內裏清潔極差！需改善！
公寓原名「泊遇公寓」而trip.com平台訂房名是「雅斯曼Y M影院公寓」？但是沒有任何一方通知我們改名之事！到目的地問樓下保安，說不知道這名字，叫我睇大廈各公寓前台樓層通告（尾圖），直接打電話給公寓先得知上6樓621辦理入住。當時門外左右兩邊都未貼上公寓的兩個名字！我是退房當天退還房咭到門外先見貼上。
公寓位置就在「鳳城食都」隔離，「延年食街」都可步行到達，雖然這個社區是集飲食為主，但是酒店少，公寓多，似舊區？多數是住宅，除了吃（較多私房菜）附近都無乜景點可行！還是住清暉園區比較熱鬧方便。

前台態度挺好的，服務也很周到，房間面積不小，也挺乾淨的，就是晚上外面空調一直有聲音，臨街也會聽到機動車，可能高層會好些

每次出差都住這裏，地理位置也極好，出行交通很便利，睡覺也很安靜，房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，實景和圖片一模一樣，性價比很高，值得推薦
