鷺湖別墅平時3房的價格在五六百左右，我們是知道的，因為不是第一次來，五一加價可以理解，但是就是在五一加價的情況下，踩着灰色地帶虛假營銷，我覺得就是問題了。在付款之前，聯繫商家表示，能提供多少池熱水，因為我們一家人人多，晚上和早上都需要泡，商家電話裏説，無限次，你想泡多少次都可以，因為這句話才下單，才付款的。為了誘導消費者，而説出了不負責任的答案，什麼都沒有説清楚，在第二天早上發現沒有熱水，再次聯繫商家，對方才説，晚上9點後停止燒水，早上9點或者10點才開始燒水，設定了定時，要燒5個小時，也就是説無論如何，你住一晚就是衹有一池水，而我在下單之前，特意問了幾池熱水的問題，商家回答無限次，擦邊踩灰色地帶。説實話，廣東周邊除了佛山高明，能夠提供2池水的多了去了，如果一開始説清楚我是肯定不會付款下單的。因此，為了讓我付款，不惜説出無限次三個字。這就是商家的態度。1888一晚，比平時翻了幾倍的價格，還在這時設定定時控制成本，説是不擾民，真正在燒水的時候我們有認真聽過，能有多擾民，而且隔壁棟雜草叢生，都還沒有裝修，如何擾民。這些商家的馬後炮説法令我們非常心寒，非常氣憤，不會再來，周圍很多想來這裏短途出行的朋友，也會強調不會推薦。最後説一下環境方面，樓梯間的牆壁上隨時都能看到昆蟲等生物，還有樓上衞生間開着窗總是在外面傳來一股惡臭，外面的泡池不斷有黑色的小蜘蛛四處爬行，三樓的房間床上，去到的時候床上就有兩衹蚊子的屍體，我們家裡的小嬰兒已經很努力去保護了，還是把他的頭叮幾個包，儘管我們帶了電蚊拍，入住之前不做好蚊蟲消殺工作嗎，這點我們非常存疑。其餘我不多説，自己感受。

整體乾淨，地理位置也好，我們3個家庭，有3輛車，管家也幫我們安排停車位置，太貼心，內面有卡拉ok,有麻雀玩
出門庭園有個小池，晚上可以用來泡腳，真舒服
我們走了之後，才發現忘帶了手錶，管家馬上幫我們找，還寄回來給我，真的太好人啦
