這次入住驛居酒店體驗超棒！酒店整體環境温馨舒適，房間佈置合理，床品乾淨整潔。洗衣房服務貼心周到，為出行解決了衣物清潔的煩惱。而且酒店提供免費停車服務，透過大堂玻璃門能看到外面停車區域車輛有序停放，讓人安心。前台接待區也專業舒適，裝修簡約現代。p

酒店尚新，房間設施較新，浴室乾濕分離，工作人員比較熱情，房間乾淨整潔無異味，開電車的朋友旁邊就有充電樁，充電速度賊快，非常值得推薦n！

很遺憾，這可能是該店的第一個差評。本來看着該店零差評沒應該什麼問題，才選擇該店入住，但是在一些方面做得確實不盡如人意，不太理解此前為什麼沒人差評……先説優點，房間寬敞明亮，前台服務熱情。缺點：
1.服務人員業務不精，領導“怕麻煩”。因為備註需要安靜一點的房間，經過被前台調整四個房間後（真的很折騰人，之後還有第五個房間），被前台安排進一個正對着廣場晚上有廣場舞的房間（入住時並非僅剩該房間），晚上這一側特別吵，説明服務人員業務能力不足。經和平台客服和酒店溝通，酒店陳領導同意免去首晚房費，但前提是 取 消 訂 單 才給退，一旦取消訂單，後續有任何權益受損都難以保障，領導衹會説如果不取消訂單處理會很麻煩（原話），但始終沒有詳細解釋，衹是一味誘導取消訂單，對這種處理方式我很不滿，這説明領導“怕麻煩”。最後平台判定酒店責任退回首晚房費。
2.酒店設施和衞生堪憂。馬桶堵塞（圖一，已經選了一張能看的了）、床單污漬和破損（圖二、三、四、五），個別房間門眼被堵（圖六，真的不明白這是要幹什麼）。
3.個別保潔人員有待培訓。親眼目睹，人還在房內，保潔頻繁按門鈴，我答覆多次，但未經允許，保潔擅自刷卡進屋。
4.環境不佳。共住宿四晚，其中三晚均在凌晨四五點可以聽見樓道有年輕人飆着粵語鬼吼鬼叫或者耍酒瘋錘什麼東西，由此被驚醒，影響休息。
5.蚊蟲叮擾。半夜蚊子很多，關燈蚊子在耳邊嗡嗡的。
總的來説，對此次住宿體驗很不滿意，衹能説這個差評你們是值得的。以上均是客觀陳述的細節問題，所述均屬實，如不接受任何反駁和狡辯。
