Excellent services by front desk manager and staffs, very helpful and room cleaning services is good too. Breakfast can add more varieties and provide better coffee and tea. Use less breach to wash cup, the cup smell very strong.

The facilities and equipment are relatively old, which is understandable, but the sheets and trash cans in the room are dirty and stained, and there are cockroaches in the room. This is something that puzzles me. The efficiency of check-in at the front desk needs to be improved!
