After listening to them, I thought it was ok and asked them to come up and take a look. Then, when no one came, I called the front desk again. The other party replied that they would come up as soon as possible. According to my experience during the day, I heard slogans from the loudspeaker downstairs non-stop in the afternoon. I called the front desk, and they changed my room, but it was still on the side close to the road, but it was moved to a higher floor, so the noise was still there. Under normal circumstances, should the front desk go to the room I was moved to first to confirm whether I could still hear it? But that's not the case with your hotel. After I moved to the new room, I called the front desk, and they said the sound should stop at six o'clock. If that was the case, they should have told me from the beginning that the sound would stop at six o'clock, instead of going to so much trouble to change rooms and then not solving the problem. Based on what happened in the afternoon, I felt that I would not be able to wait for a reasonable solution, so I checked out at 1:30 in the morning. I was so sleepy and just wanted to sleep, so I went to the hotel across the street. Of course, the facilities of the All Seasons Hotel are good and new, but the staff training is insufficient and the hygiene is very poor. In the future, the All Seasons Hotel will not be my first choice for accommodation when I go out. Anyway, a hotel that can be fully booked at any time will not lack a customer like me.
