就在山上，可自駕或網約車直接到達。離寶峯寺、翠巖等景點步行5至10分鐘內，很方便。可能是工作日入住，旅客不多，很安靜舒適，下午茶和早餐器然簡單但味道挺好的。
入住前民宿管家主動聯繫指引到達，還貼心的指引周邊遊玩攻略。

有一説一：定了雲舒雙床房，拿房時候前台主動熱情地説給我們免費升級了房，不由得非常感激。跟着服務生去了升級的房，大失所望。很不好的格式，兩間像密封的小房子，一間房衹夠放一張床，門外説有個茶廳，其實啥也不是，一個過道間，而且是在隱祕的角落，當下表示要住回自己定的網上看到的房型，不要升級。去的路上心裏忐忑，這升級的這麼差，沒升級的會不會更難接受，萬幸，定的房型就是很不錯的。還有大大的平台，有真正的茶室，心裏才開心起來。不能理解，熱情地説免費升級的房子卻是那麼差。這是為啥？疑惑不解。
服務不錯，態度都很好👍。環境不錯，除了那個升級的地方。

在西樵山景區裏面，天湖旁。住宿可自駕車進入景區登上山頂。酒店環境非常不錯，有無邊泳池，有大草坪可以踢球。
