First of all, this hotel is generally satisfactory! But there was no hot water for bathing in the middle of winter, not even warm water! The front desk explained that there was a shortage of hot water because so many guests were bathing at the same time, and hoped that we could bathe earlier... I was speechless, we had to wait until the next morning to have hot water for bathing! Why didn’t the hotel consider that when the hotel is fully booked, there should be enough hot water for guests to enjoy a hot bath in the middle of winter? The Hong Kong single-plate car could not be recognized. The front desk helped to operate the temporary plate, but the car was not dispatched after half an hour. I hope the hotel can simplify the operation to facilitate Hong Kong customers.

To be honest, the room was big enough and clean! It was two days before the Spring Festival holiday. There was only one barbecue restaurant nearby. All other restaurants were closed, so eating became a big problem. We only stayed for one day and left quickly. Another one said it was a Kuiqi Road subway station store. We walked for 15 minutes with our luggage. It was tiring! It was not justified! It would be ok if we drove. If not, it would be really hard!

冬天沒有熱水洗澡！打去前台問，說滿房熱水不夠，沒有住客會知道你哋滿唔滿房！沖涼有熱水咁基本既設備都可以無！！
