Very nice and modern hotel with nice view in the restaurant on 17th floor

I booked this room for one night  Overall I am pretty happy with the hotel Let’s start with the good stuff: 1. Wide variety of breakfasts that is decent 2. View from the dining area is amazing 3. Room is clean and new and comes with quality bedding in the room.  4. Comes with free drinks in the fridges 5. Very friendly receptionist and staff working at dining area double thumbs up!! 6. Free parking 7. Sound proofing is good.  Improvement point 1. No charging point for EV yet  2. None actually.

Good stay and nice location, breakfast is good more varieties to try

The fact that no car can stop in front of the Hotel is a big minus, otherwise the service, the room and the breakfast befit a Chinese 5 star hotel, only 5 mins walk to a full fletcher shopping mall is a big plus. All in all a well-managed property

Environment: Very good.Outside the window you can see the Joy Coast Ferris Wheel.The hotel environment is also very good.It is very convenient to walk to nearby shopping malls and parks The environment on the 17th floor is very good. You can see the park ferris wheel in the morning and evening Services/Facilities: The waitress did not mention at Check In.Sports room and swimming pool require small tickets.Of course there is no statement that unlimited access for today's stay.Not tomorrow.Hotel facilities should be available during your stay.This should be noted⚠️ By 8pm... Then go to the 17th floor and ask the attendant to inquire which floor the sports room is on? He also didn't say he wanted a small ticket. Only said 3rd floor... It was from the outside door to enter. Didn't make it clear... We got to the 3rd floor and didn't know we needed a small ticket. It took a lot of time to go back and forth. It should be made clear to the customer.. The waiter also told me... We will inform you that sports activities require receipts according to the needs of customers. How can I tell the customer's needs? Hygiene: Room is very good.clean.very good 17th floor ring restaurant hygiene is average.at breakfast.the floor is sticky.very dirty.and cigarette butts.

The decoration is very new, the room has a beautiful view, and you can directly see the Ferris wheel! The hotel service is in place and very considerate. It was also very quiet to sleep at night, and I woke up naturally the next day. In order to make me feel at ease, the hotel also helped me to delay the check-out for 2 hours for free, which is great! The location of the hotel's restaurant is also great. You can also directly see the night view of the entire OCT when having dinner. The products are very exquisite!

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite Happy Coast, with a nice environment. It was great to enjoy afternoon tea and buffet dinner on the 17th floor. The service was also very good. Highly recommended.
