這是我第二次入住這家酒店，但體驗相當令人失望。
酒店大堂、走廊甚至電梯裏幾乎都沒有空調。尤其是30樓的走廊，沒有空調悶熱難耐，走過時非常不舒服。當前政府已發佈蚊蟲預警，在如此高温且窗户敞開的環境下，蚊蟲侵入酒店在所難免——而樓層窗户竟一直開着，更助長了蚊蟲飛入。
早餐區同樣悶熱，剛進去站着還能忍受，但一開始用餐就會熱得難受想立刻離開。
酒店設施雖符合其價位，但十分基礎：健身房形同虛設，衹有一台跑步機和一台動感單車，連基本啞鈴都沒有。不過自助洗衣服務值得肯定。停車場雖不與酒店直連，步行距離尚可接受。
總體而言，酒店應優先提升客户舒適度——尤其在當前蚊害高發期。這種忽視防護措施的做法，簡直是將客人置於蚊蟲威脅之中。
