This is the third stay for us at the hotel in the last 6 weeks and it feels just like coming home. For me the best part about this hotel is the sense of calm I feel as soon as I walk in the lobby, the quiet music, the soft scent in the air, plus the warm greetings from the staff. The room is spacious, well appointed and clean. The bed is comfortable with soft smooth linens and warm comforters. Every time we needed something, whether if it was for more bottles of water or adjusting the temperature control, it’s always attended to immediately. There’s a lot of varieties at the breakfast buffet, and the coffee is amongst the best I have ever had. We’ve been travelling around in Asia for the past few months and have stayed in quite a few hotels, and I can certainly call this hotel our home away from home. I think they have exceeded their goal of making our stay better and brighter, and I can surely recommend this hotel to everyone !!

Hilton Garden Inn Foshan Lishui ~ First-class hardware facilities, third-class service. Hardware: The room is spacious, the facilities are complete, the layout is reasonable, clean and the stay experience is very comfortable. Third-class service: Presumably, any hotel wants guests to be happy after opening. How to retain guests not only requires hardware facilities, but also first-class service. Guests check in, the front desk should welcome them with a smile and handle them as soon as possible. Not regardless of weight, the end of the book is reversed... What is even more incredible is that the hotel refused guests to eat at a banquet that night. The hotel is remote, no restaurant is found out, even if the roadside shop is not opened. A person on duty at the front desk said: There is a banquet tonight, no individual guests are allowed to order. I returned. At 8 o'clock in the evening, I felt that it was unreasonable to refuse the guests to eat on the grounds of the banquet. I called the restaurant and replied that I could receive guests to order. I would like to ask the waiter who refused me: Who gave you the power to treat your guests like this? ! Please think about it, what is the feeling and feeling of staying in a hotel hungry? First-class hardware also includes the restaurant. The restaurant is comfortable and stylish. The buffet breakfast meal is made with care. The only waitress in the restaurant is in place. It is said that the hotel has just opened, there are not enough staff, and the dinner is not enough/busy, but this is not a reason to refuse guests to solve the dinner. Besides, even if you can't receive it, should you apologize rather than be justified? I think the service should be: I'm really sorry that there is a banquet tonight, the restaurant will be busy, do you think this is OK, what is the restaurant, what will I do for you? Guarantee not to let you hungry. ... Not saying it doesn't mean there is no problem. Covering up the problem is more terrible. Operating with these serious problems will get worse and worse. Exposure to these problems is not who wants the hotel to open, and the hotel staff has a responsibility to let them on the job without training. The hotel has just opened, taking advantage of the fact that there are not many guests now, hurry up and train. There is a sense of responsibility and affinity for every employee, and the hotel will be neutral in the fierce competition.
