Avoid this hotel! Our room was gross on arrival. The smell was the worse. The first room, our bathtub was full of hair and a dirty bath cloth. Something very nasty was smeared across the wall above the trash, and the air did not cool. We asked for another room and were moved. The second room was clean but still had a foul smell. The closet shelf/pole fell on my son. They came much later and fixed only for it to fall again. Our toilet handle broke and it took 2 days to fix it. We had to call the corporate office to get someone in the room to fix the toilet. The front desk would not address it. The advertised shuttle was not running. The bar was fully open, but the advertised restaurant was closed because the cook did not show for 2 nights. (Pretty sure that was against the state health departments mandate). We had several friends in different rooms with other issues. The coffee makers not working, tv not working, refrigerator not cooling etc. To top our bad experience off... at checkout the bill had so many extra charges that we are still disputing that it doubled our cost. We have called for a week and cannot get a manager, and are told he is the only one that can help us. I have finally called the corporate office again and waiting a response. I disputed the charges at check out also, but was told then there was not manager on-site and the front desk could not fix it.

Surrounding environment is good. But the accommodation experience was not good. Staff are mainly black and Latino. First of all, the black girl had a happy exchange with her companion when checking in. Suddenly she became indifferent when receiving us. There was no smile, no visual communication and no explanation. Later, I found that the English expression of the staff here is ambiguous and heavy. (Latin?) Accent, maybe their language ability affects their communication. The air conditioner in the room where we stayed was unable to adjust the fixed temperature. Either the temperature keeps rising or the temperature keeps decreasing, the phone cannot be used and cannot be used. The maintenance staff who found it gave them a bad explanation in English and did not solve the air conditioning problem. Had to find the front desk to change rooms. The black girl at the front desk gave the other room key without any explanation, and then asked her about the curtains, and she couldn't say clearly for a long time. Even the curtain curtain sounded weird, I really guessed it. Stayed together for one night and found that she was still on duty the next day and often could not find anyone. All in all, it was the only time I felt unwelcome.
