Accent, maybe their language ability affects their communication. The air conditioner in the room where we stayed was unable to adjust the fixed temperature. The maintenance staff who found it gave them a bad explanation in English and did not solve the air conditioning problem. Had to find the front desk to change rooms. The black girl at the front desk gave the other room key without any explanation, and then asked her about the curtains, and she couldn't say clearly for a long time.
