服務太讚了！！我們從湖區一路開車過來，到達時是晚上8點多，錯過了最遲入住時間，旅館職員下班前通過攜程不斷聯繫我們，但因為路上無信號，我們並不知道。到達後見到前台無人，我們一臉懵圈，試着致電旅館人員，對方馬上接聽，告訴我們已安排好的房間號碼，房門沒鎖，鑰匙在房間桌面。並且有一張手寫的留言放在旅館門廊的顯眼位置。很感動！
我們頓時心安下來，房間整潔乾淨，衞浴特別特別寬敞，桌上還有歡迎小餅乾。晚上很安靜，隔音不錯，聽不到其他房間的動靜。
早餐正對着湖面，心曠神怡。旅館員工還特意問候了我們入住感受，並昨晚的不便致歉。這是太贊啦！

The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The view is gorgeous and location is very convenient to travel to Isle of Skyes and Glencoe.

Fabulous B&B. Great location, for exploring Fort William. The room was clean & comfortable. The view was lovely and the breakfast delicious and nutritious!! 😋 The host couldn't be more accommodating. Will definitely use again if in the area.

Everything was amazing! Beautiful room with a view and everything was super easy. It’s about a 20 minute walk to Fort William and it’s right on the waterfront. The Scottish breakfast was awesome and the host Mark was incredibly friendly! Highly recommend

Very well equipped room with a hairdryer and some treats. Great showers too. They had a small Whiskey bar in the hallway which gives a very special toutch. Mark was very attentive. The breakfast was delicious and they had a good variety of food to choose from. We had a lovely time and definitely recommend it :)

Larisa and Mark run a first class guest house. Room was spotless with so many little additional items - welcome book and heather, charcoal water and ginger nuts. There was a communal fridge with milk and an honesty bar. We asked if we could store a bottle of wine in this fridge and Larisa immediately arranged to place wine glasses in our room even though there were other glasses we could have used. Breakfast was superb - and great coffee too.
