The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the supermarket and McDonald's. The breakfast is not worth it, not tasty, and quite expensive. You can go directly to McDonald's for breakfast. The supermarket has everything, you can buy it directly and eat it in the hotel. The hotel facilities are a bit old.

The location is very good, the surrounding area is very convenient, near several supermarkets, very close to the town's commercial street, the hotel facilities are a bit old, there is a musty smell in the room

Simple, comfortable and clean, delicious breakfast, convenient hotel, in the small town of Fort William, surrounded by delicious mussels and seafood. It is a good choice to transit to Sky Island from here.

This hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but it's clear that it's in need of refurbishment. The rooms are outdated and could use some modernization to improve the overall guest experience.

This was stop 2 on our weekend trip. The Fort William premier is well situated for the railway station and has its own restaurant for premier inn only guests. Room as you’d expect, tidy a tad warm but with a fan. Ate in the restaurant at night - you need a reservation book it at reception. Again as my previous post not enough staff for tea or breakfast. Breakfast was a shambles, one/two at the most on the restaurant floor, tables stacking up with plates, the buffet was slow and unable to keep up with demand, I waited 40 minutes to get a decent breakfast and still it was the dregs. Again not the fault of the staff at all. Just not enough of them. Come on Whitbread you turned over nearly three billion British pounds in 2023/24 get some more staff and make the stay more pleasant like it used to be.

Thought on approach the place was closed due to state of neglected overgrown gardens . Room clean and good bedding and towels . Paid for unlimited cooked breakfast which was unavailable . Refund given £4 for a couple . Very limited continental on offer with fruits of the forest still frozen , coffee machine broken , no milk for cereal . Paid for meal deal for dinner . Only found menu for this the following morning . So disappointing as not usual standard expected of Premier Inn

Great location for train station and 5 minutes to main street by underpass. We had a premium room which was worth the extra cost and had a view of Ben Nevis. Staff all very friendly and welcoming especially the barman working Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th May. We were surprised the bar and restaurant are only open to hotel guests now. We’d been 2 years ago and thought there was more atmosphere then. We had the meal deal which is great value, 2 course evening meal with drink and breakfast the following day. There were 2 staff working on Monday 12th May, one cooking/restocking food, clearing tables/checking guests in. Both very busy but still extremely happy and friendly to guests. The outside of the hotel does now look tired compared to our last visit. The grass was not cut in the garden area and the paved area was overgrown with weeds a cobwebs on the benches. Of note there is a good, flat walk behind the hotel which leads through woodland and around the loch. Overall a good stay.

We had an excellent stay in Fort William. The restaurant seemed quieter than usual for this time of year. Plentiful breakfast, great staff, and a comfy bed. The room felt a bit too warm due to the sunny weather, but a fan was provided which helped.
