Great room with excellent views. Friendly and helpful hosts. Very comfortable bed, with quality bed linen. Good shower, and first class breakfast. Pleasant local walk to Neptune's staircase, then follow the Caledonian canal down to the shipwreck on the beach beside shinty pitches. Short drive to Glenfinnan viaduct.

Super friendly, very clean, very accommodating to special request, excellent food and beautiful grounds and location. In our twelve weeks of travel, one of the best places we stayed. My daughter and I stayed for 2 nights at the Braeburn Guesthouse. We had a very warm welcome and the guest house was spotless. Our room was spacious with an amazing view of the mountains and hills nearby. The beds were really comfortable and the duvets were really soft and feathery. The shower was powerful and hot and there was enough space for all our toiletries. The breakfast was excellent. It had a good choice of English, Scottish and Continental and was pre-booked the night but freshly made every morning, and was delicious. The timings for breakfast were flexible and Gail was super attentive and friendly. We would come back

Everything was excellent. Great bed. Wonderful breakfast. Staff is very caring. Our only wish would have been to have a few bar selections on hand (wine, ciders, a few types of beer). After a long day of hiking and driving, would've loved to sit out back with a sippable adult beverage. To be fair, we didn’t ask. Though peeking around didnt yield any options. Cannot recall if such an option was offered when we booked. If so, too far in advance to know what we wanted ir to realize nothing would be close at hand. But truly, 5 stars all around. Simply put: lovely, cozy, yummy, clean and quiet.

This may have been the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good. We stayed 2 nights so we could adventure in the area, so many things to see!

We enjoyed a lovely warm welcome from the hosts Gail and Adam. 10/10 property - clean, spacious room, comfortable beds and great views towards Loch Linnhe. The breakfasts were delicious and Gail was on hand to help with local knowledge and suggestions for places to visit etc. We would love to return!

Braeburn is one of the nicest B&B's we've ever stayed at. Gail and Adam are wonderful hosts and provide a very comfortable and spacious place to base yourself in the Fort William area. We loved this place.
