There is a free parking lot but it isn't large enough for the guests. We went out for a bit and came back and couldn't get a space, the person at the front desk was rude ("I don't run this hotel so not responsible for your problems"), they sent us to an paid (10 pound) parking lot that was much too far away (had to walk 5 min up a hill), they said it cost a fraction of what it actually did. Room was smelly, sink backed up while we were there. Just an awful experience, ruined our stay in Fort William (otherwise a nice town)

Can't fault this hotel. Great location right in centre of town. Huge room with very comfortable medium- firm mattress and great pillows. Very quiet at night despite central locale. Large spacious bathroom with shower and bath.

The hotel was handy as it was within the walking distance of the train station as This was really a trip on the Glenfinnan steam railway to Mallaig. Fine for a one night stay but wouldn’t spend a whole week at the establishment.

Wonderful staff, fab hotel clean and quiet. Amazing scenery. Recommend for comfortable, cleanliness and helpful staff. Hotel very central to everything in Fort William.

Ali on the desk was an absolute diamond of a bloke anything we needed he was there couldn’t thank him enough he made our stay in fort William 10 times better thanks again mate for your help after Ben Nevis

Very nice hotel to stay in Fort William, the staff makes it even better. Alejandro was very helpful at reception, very professional and attentive. Would definitely recommend.
