Family friendly pool area with water slide, waterfalls and lots of things for little kids to play next to deeper section for bigger kids and adults. Camp kitchens are clean and well equipped. Staff are helpful and friendly with good local knowledge. Shopping centre is just a couple of minutes walk

Excellent cabins. If your expecting the ritz dont be, they are kid friendly cabins and some are pet friendly. We always go with pet friendly cabins. They are clean tidy and have everything you need. Pools kept nice and grounds are maintained. You can fish behind the park. Famous tractor rides 50c per person. They are fun even for the adults. Remeber your bikes and helmets as they are strict on helmets. Highly recommend. We will be back

Bad customer service (under bad management), cold showers, overflowing toilets, overpriced. Firstly, we weren’t told until arrival that I could not take my car inside (my partner and I met up at the campsite so both drove). This wouldn’t normally bother me however I had just purchased a new car, seen multiple cars jacked up with their tyres stolen and windows smashed on the way in, and there was no street parking anywhere close due to being over new years. I offered any amount of money including paying for an extra site just to keep my car on. Lady I spoke to refused to do anything and called the manager who did the same. What bothers me most is that there was more than enough room for my car to fit on the site we paid for as we only had a rooftop tent and kids swag (picture included to show how easily my car could have fit) but the lady was so rude and management wouldn’t budge at all even though whilst I was standing there talking, a couple of people tailgated in, there were MULTIPLE other sites with a combination of multiple cars, trailers, boats, caravans, but it was not at all possible for my little car to be allowed inside. Showers were freezing cold and in such gross conditions. Toilets were even worse with only 1 toilet available at the amenities block closest to us, as the others were overflowing and had wee and toilet paper all over the floor. On top of this, I understand it was busy due to New Years but campsites are so squished together that I woke up at 1am to a fellow camper vomiting at the bottom of our rooftop tent ladder.

A wonderful family friendly stay. The kids loved the pools, playgrounds, arcade, jumping castle and the highlight was the tractor train ride. Close to supermarkets and a short drive to the town centre. Absolutely no faults, cant wait for the family to return

Over priced & sub standard accommodation. The cabins are so small & inadequate. The shower was soooo small & the water went cold after 5 mins. The park is very noisy & needs a major upgrade. New cabins are needed. We won't stay here again & $200 a night is an absolute joke for the state of the cabin.
