Florianopolis Centro Hotels

We had a small apartment in the third floor, there was no view of the apartment, but it was perfectly ventilated, they were very well designed from a functional point of view, everything was comfortable, it was an interesting solution: biometric keys. We also use the parking, we also use the screwdriver and it was great, although the price for it is a little high, I wish you a success in this hotel, it is a convenient place to spend a few days exploring Floripa car. We would like to stay here for a longer time.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel....everything was fine with the cleanliness, by the way it was impeccable. The room was always big and the bathroom was bigger, I loved it!! The breakfast is complete and full of deliciousness, spectacular! The staff are very attentive and concerned about our well-being.

O hotel fica no centro, e tem boa localização, o quarto é limpo, tivemos alguns contratempos com o chuveiro quente, o café da manhã é cobrado à parte, então não tomei, não posso avaliar, e estacionamento também é cobrado a parte, logo torna a estadia pra quem está com carro, mais caro. Foi uma passagem pela cidade, então foi apenas uma diária, como sugestão seria bom melhorarem os lençóis pra inverno, estava frio.

Hello When we came to Florianopolis the first time, the WK Design was still being finsihed. When we decided to come back to Floripa, we decided to see what the WK is about. We have been traveling in Brazil sinse July...I am Platinun at the Sheraton and my husband is diamond with Hilton. So we have lots of choices to stay and decided to try WK. At first arrival, we were greeted by a super enthusiastic team. The concierge Jean was a fantastic host making sure we understood evertything at the hotel and during the stay. Ricardo and Andrea were also very helpful. Javier and the pool crew great staff always on point. The breakfast was fantastic - just the fact that you have salmon lox, made my day and the staff could not be better. Our last night it was raining quite hard so we stay at the hotel and we had dinner at the restaurante. The food was excellent and service was perfect. I rarely eat dinner at the hotel but this time it paid off. Barbara it was great as well The bartender Crystian is one of the best. He is the master of cocktails and great at conversation with everyone at the bar. After all of this greatness, the only bad experience was that I planned to buy a fish from the market to take back to Curitiba with me. I asked if i could keep it in the fridge overnight and we told flat out no. They made an excuse that it was against the law. I know from a fact that it is not as long as everything is properly packaged and labeled. Overall, thank you for a great stay and for setting the standard of what a hotel should be. The best is the cleaning and friendliness of the staff in general. The location is good, but the environment is very noisy. The facial recognition system needed to launch the lift is quite uncomfortable, especially if several people use it at the same time It is not an independent hotel, it is located in a kind of shopping centre and for breakfast you need to take a long trip to a cake shop that is at the entrance of the centre. The breakfast is not very varied. You can make it much better if you want to use the shared kitchen that is on the latest floor. For me that kitchen has been the best of the hotel.

Very comfortable and luxurious hotel. The room is large and the view of the coast is beautiful. The location is wonderful and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was impeccable. The only thing that left a little to be desired was the acoustics between the rooms, I could hear other guests taking a shower and talking.

Ótima relação custo x benefício. Atendimento cortês e educado dos funcionários!! Hotel bem localizado; café da manhã bem servido e com boa variedade! Manobristas muito cuidadosos e educados.

The hotel is very good, excellent location in the centre of Florianópolis.If you want to go to the beach this hotel is not near the beaches, it is in the central area of Florianópolis, but it is a good option for anyone looking for this region.
