ótimo hotel pé na areia
O hotel é pé na areia e a praia é linda! O serviço de praia foi bom quando atendidos por brasileiros (os dois argentinos que pedimos auxilio com cadeiras e guarda-sol foram antipáticos e pouco atenciosos). O café da manhã é bom, mas perto do horário de encerramento (próximo de 20 min antes de terminar), não repõe comidas que não tem mais.

The beach is beautiful and the hotel structure must have been very good in the past. Currently, it is disappointing. There are restrictions that are justified by the pandemic, but which in reality portray a hotel on the verge of closing. Breakfast is served in the suite, and it was very good, but the breakfast dishes are the guest's responsibility... The suite was renovated, but they forgot to change the bathroom door, which was full of termites... The huge ants that took over the room on the first night... We made some requests to the attendant and received no response. When we left early, they didn't question us either. Detail: two suites were occupied during the period of our stay. The daily rate was resort price and the service was non-existent.

Nos encantó el hotel y las instalaciones, ya habíamos conocido años atrás y deseamos volver. Situado en una de las mejores playas de la isla y su cercanía a la playa lo hace super encantador ya que desde las habitaciones se escuchan la rompiente de las olas . Es ideal para pasar días tranquilos y seguros . El personal siempre con una sonrisa y atento a nuestras necesidades. El desayuno fresco , variado y riquísimo , la atención de Yudislaydi (yesii para nosotros) que todas las mañanas nos recibió con la mejor de las sonrisas. Gracias a todo el personal Miguel , Tamara , Vanio, Julio , Emerson , que estuvo en nuestra estadía por tan linda atención.

Our sad experience refers only for the new year celebration. We are a family of ten and we paid $160 for each member. The New Year dinner had excellent food and service, but the DJ, fireworks, and table organization were disappointing. The music was terrible, the fireworks lacked excitement, and navigating through poorly arranged tables was a challenge – we could hardly walk.

El cuarto deluxe necesitaba algunos arreglos, como pintura en ventanas, cambio de puerta ventana a jardin(era n 2 hojas diferentes, 1 se superponia sobre la otra y estaban flojas, haciendo mucho ruido cuando habia viento). El colchon un poco dura y las almohadas muy duras. Solo q mesa de luz en el cuarto. El desayuno bien, pero no tenia tostadora. El vestidor tenia la tecla de luz con los cables expuestos a la vista, muy rudimentario. Las toallas de playa un poco pasadas de uso.
