Espantoso es poco, no entiendo como aun Uds. lo están ofreciendo, no es hotel, no es hostel es más bien una pension. Las habitaciones no solo fue lo que no alquilamos, sino que entran las maletas o entra uno, sucio, sin hacer las camas, las sábanas manchadas, el baño no hay papel. se moja todo, cucarachas, desayuno pobre. duramos una noche hasta buscar otro lugar y encima no reembolsable. Desastrosa experiencia, ni un poco recomendable.

Simplemente unos Estafadores. Tenía una Reserva del 27/01/2015 al 01/02/2025. Me hicieron pagar el 100% de la reserva el 8 de Enero. Me mostraron por videos una habitación y al llegar me dieron realmente una pocilga. NO NOS ALOJAMOS El Baño es de 2x1 El Lavatorio de manos está arriba de la sistema del Inodora. Con la misma agua que te lavas manos y dientes carga la mochila para después usar esa agua al momento de hacer las necesidades. Humedad en las paredes. Mienten en las redes informando que es un Hoteis y no tiene ni categoría de Hostel. El señor Graciano dice ser el encargado. LE SOLICITE EL REEMBOLSO DEL DINERO Y SIEMPRE MINTIO QUE EL DUEÑO NO ESTABA. UNOS ATORRANTES. LES RECOMIENDO HACER LO QUE HICE YO: 1) IR A LA POLICIA Y HACER UN BOLETIN DE OCURRENCIA POR ESTAFA. YA QUE TAMPOCO FIRME NADA NI ME DIERON NOTA FISCAL. 2) CONTACTARSE CON EL PROCON AL 151 Y DENUNCIARLOS POR PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA, SUBIENDO LOS VIDEOS O FOTOS DEL LUGAR. NO CAIGAN EN LA MISMA TRAMPA POR QUE SON UNOS MENTIROSOS Y ESTAFADORES.

Experiência péssima, absurdamente caro (R$ 400 a diária) pelo que realmente me foi oferecido. Fora que pedi suíte e quando cheguei estava ocupado, nos colocaram em um temporário ( 3 dias) onde choveu e alagou, o banheiro 1x2 e box de plástico, caixa descarga tem que encher com a água da pia que é encima da descarga, chuveiro virado p parede ao invés de ser p chão, máximo que foi feito foi pedirem desculpas, paguei caro, não recomendo, a única coisa boa mesmo é ser beira mar, mas não compensa.

Tivemos uma péssima experiência no local, começando pelo fato de o local ser sujo, Quarto com mofo, lençóis sujos, travesseiros manchados, o coberto com cheiro de mofo. Em relação ao conforto acústico. Nota zero, tivemos que sair de madrugada do local porque os funcionários não tem controle do que os outros hóspedes fazem. O local exige que não faça barulho, mas não fiscaliza. O quarto em frente ao nosso tinham pessoas com som altíssimo às 3 DA MADRUGADA. Um total desrespeito. Não recomendamos o local. Fora que não tivemos respostas do local após fazermos a reclamação. Nem no dia seguinte deram uma satisfação...

Simply wonderful. Exceptional attention from the staff and great location right in front of Canasvieiras beach and close to several beaches. Well-served and varied breakfast. Safe and very quiet place.

La peor experiencia en alojamiento las habitaciones muy pequeñas con pobre higiene baños en mal estadó , colchones sucios, sábanas sucias , manchadas, olor a moho en todas las habitaciones, no se alojen en ese lugar parece una ratonera que huele muy mal
