Bom se a sua passagem pelo local for breve e não fizer muita questão de bom atendimento. Chegamos com várias malas e o rapaz que estava na recepção não se propôs a ajudar a subir com elas até o apartamento, apenas entregou a chave sem muitas explicações. Pelo preço cobrado é possível encontrar lugares melhores por Florianópolis. Café da manhã beeeem simples, os apartamentos são antigos, aparentou ser um local abandonado. O quarto em que fiquei possuía apenas duas tomadas, todas longe da cama (somente a da TV e frigobar). Tem muitas baratas. Embora seja localizado na Lagoa da Conceição, considere que é o local menos movimentado e, portanto, é longe de mercados, farmácias, restaurantes e bares. O fato de ser em frente a Lagoa é um chamativo, mas não vale a pena.

A pousada é simples e bem aconchegante. O quarto tem um bom espaço, com moveis e um bom armário para colocar coisas. O banheiro também é espaçoso. O meu quarto tinha vista para a Lagoa e uma varanda bem charmosa. Como o quarto fica de frente para uma das ruas principais é importante fechar as duas portas da varanda por conta dos barulhos de carro principalmente pela manhã. A area da piscina é envolta pela natureza. O café da manhã é bem servido e os funcionários são atenciosos e educados. Fora que a pousada é muito bem localizada. Eu recomendo essa pousada.

Ótima
Estadia ótima. Ficamos apenas uma noite mas o quarto estava limpo. Não haviam toalhas mas solicitamos na recepção e nos entregaram prontamente. Os pisos e revestimento dos chalés são antigos, do tipo casa de vó. Café muito bom e prático, principalmente pra nós que temos crianças.

Boa pousada, com atendimento e ambiente muito bons e localização boa. Porém, não me sentia confortável no quarto devido ao cheiro de mofo, possivelmente relacionado ao mau tempo (chuvas diárias). Sou levemente alérgico e o odor realmente prejudicou a estadia.

Cama e travesseiros excelentes. Ar condicionado funciona bem. Cozinha no quarto prática e funcional. Banheiro de bom tamanho com ótimo chuveiro. Staff muito prestativo e atencioso. Piscina de bom tamanho. Café da manhã muito ruim. Falta variedade, somente lanches já prontos em pão de forma e quase tudo embalado em saquinhos plásticos, inclusive sucos de uva e laranja (de caixinha) que já vem no copo descartável, parecendo que estamos no auge da covid 19!!! Melhorando (bastante!) o café a nota com certeza seria excelente!

Great service. Michel and the others were super receptive, they took care of whatever I needed. The environment is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it. Especially for those with children, as they have an area with bounce houses and a swimming pool. Furthermore, it is a silent and calm place. I really loved it!
