O hotel tem potencial, mas na minha opinião falta gestão. A parte boa é a localização e o quarto que é bem espaçoso e parece que foi reformado a pouco tempo. Tem cozinha completa e arrumação diária. Nesse ponto, a hospedagem foi confortável. O atendimento é ok. As partes ruins que pesam bastante contra são: - A conservação geral do hotel é ruim. A parte externa é bem má conservada, com elevadores enferrujados e salão de jogos com equipamentos velhos e também muito enferrujados - A limpeza deixa a desejar - O wi-fi simplesmente não funciona - A piscina não dá pra frequentar, porque é gelada e o café da manhã é beeeem fraco (bolos horríveis e o restante de baixa qualidade) Uma pena, mas procurarei outra opção na região da próxima vez.

Excelente ubicación. Excelente trato del personal. NO hay relación entre el precio y la calidad. Por el precio que pagamos habían otros hoteles con mejor servicio. Nosotros somos un matrimonio y un adolescente. Entramos cómodos. No lo recomiendo para más personas. El servicio sábanas /toallas es malo. No cambian las sábanas. No querían cambiar las toallas. Nos dijeron que se cambiaban las toallas cada tres días. Exigimos que lo hagan todos los días. Poco personal para la limpieza y no cuentan con elementos necesarios para una higiene correcta. Poco personal en el comedor en el horario del desayuno; solo una persona para tanta cantidad de gente. Obviamente no daba abasto.

Era pão amanhecido TODO DIA, café da manhã extremamente fraco e ruim, em um dia o leite frio estava azedo, vomitei, passei mal e fiquei indignada. Há goteiras por todas as partes no saguão onde é servido o café da manhã, no quarto que ficamos, havia uma geladeira que não tinha como abrir, para usá-la tivemos que mudar de lugar, o pessoal da limpeza esquecia de repor papel higiênico (que parece guardanapo de lanche, de péssima qualidade), esquecia de tirar o lixo, enfim, o atendimento da recepção até que é bom, só fornecem uma chave por quarto, então complica a logística da família que nem sempre quer sair junta, não indico, há opções melhores na faixa de preço desse hotel!

Poderia ser melhorado
O prédio é antigo e considero que precisa de reforma e mais manutenção. O quarto foi remodelado e no geral é espaçoso e acho que é muito adequado para um casal com filhos. café da manhã bastante completo. bom atendimento ao cliente. Muito perto da praia.
