Boa localização
Ficamos apenas uma noite, como parte de uma viagem mais longa, e por isso não utilizamos várias das comodidades que o Flat proporciona. De maneira geral, gostamos da localização e da vista do quarto. De maneira geral, o flat tem uma atmosfera de casa de praia.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante e frustrante. As fotos anunciadas são completamente diferentes da realidade, o que já foi uma grande decepção ao chegar. Para piorar, não consegui nenhum reembolso para procurar outra pousada, o que resultou em um enorme prejuízo e arruinou o Natal da minha família. Os funcionários não foram capazes de resolver nenhum dos problemas apresentados, demonstrando total falta de preparo e empatia. Além disso, o local tinha um cheiro insuportável de mofo, que impregnava nos móveis e roupas. Definitivamente, não recomendo e espero que tomem providências para melhorar.

Claramente a local está precisando de reparos!! A água fedia, local cheio de mofo, toalhas manchadas, e funcionários completamente mau informados. As fotos são meramente ilustrativas, pois pessoalmente é completamente diferente! Pedimos reembolso, para procuramos outro local, porem eles não ajudaram em NADA, um enorme prejuízo e arruinou o Natal em familia.

Excelente custo benefício.
A estada foi maravilhosa. Quarto excelente e bastante funcional. Parece que estamos em uma casa muito grande. Acolhimento excelente. Apenas achei que o restaurante deixou a desejar no primeiro dia. Não estavam preparados para o nosso grande grupo de 12 pessoas. Mas a comida, quando chegou, estava ótima.
A localização do Flat é excelente. Em frente à praia e circundado por muitas opções de excelentes restaurantes. Se voltar a Floripa, com certeza me hospedaria no Flat Pietra.
