Beachfront Hotel!
Room: clean and comfortable! Towels changed and room cleaned daily. The only thing that left a little to be desired was the water pressure in the shower.
Breakfast: Lots of variety, with gluten-free and lactose-free options.
Beach and Pool: There is no recreation or supervision at the pool, but nothing that gets in the way. Beach service was ok, but to get a chair and umbrella on the busiest days, arrive early (during the period I was there, an employee was missing due to illness, so beach service was a little compromised).
Location: Right in the center of Ingleses, many restaurants, markets, shops at the hotel door. You only need to take the car if you really want it.
Parking: Paid separately - R$ 30/day.

O hotel não está em boa condição de conservação. Fiquei impressionada com a falta de cuidado com os quartos, móveis. O ar condicionado do quarto sujo, muito antigo, barulhento. A limpeza do quarto e das dependências do hotel muito ruins. Os banheiros que ficam próximo ao restaurante sujos. A piscina com a água turva. Fiquei impressionada com o café da manhã: falta de capricho nas refeições, aparência péssima. Pedi um dia um macarrão à bolonhesa no restaurante do hotel, não consegui comer. O hotel oferece toalhas para que os hóspedes vão à praia, mas as toalhas estão surradas, muito velhas. Foi uma verdadeira decepção

Una pésima experiencia, que no volvería a visitar. Hotel viejo y precariamente mantenido al mínimo para poder funcionar. No calza la categoría de cuatro estrellas con la calidad y el estado de mantenimiento y los amenities que un Hotel de esa clasificación debe ofrecer

Hotel pé na areia. Excelente localização. O diferencial está no atendimento prestado pela Administração e Servidores . Não deve ser fácil prestar atendimento cordial e atencioso com a invasão de Argentinos e demais povos sul americano. Pois a equipe de Dna. Hotel antigo, os elevadores precisam de manutenção pois sempre ficam desnivelados, o ar condicionado do quarto era muito barulhento, tranca da porta quebrada, tomadas não funcionam, encontrei baratas no quarto, as roupas de cama não foram trocadas nos 5 dias de hospedagem…
